WHAT you wear, and WHO you wear. Learn how the things you buy get to the shelf in every area of your life. Your lifestyle and the products you buy go further than satisfying your wants and needs.
Inspired by real moments of speciesism, Spot The Difference is a collection that depicts our modern world of truth. Humans have a sympathy attribute making us a unique species. We admire animals and we are often in awe of their intelligence, yet we fail to see the truth that is utterly present to this day.
This artwork is inspired by the dog meat and cow meat trade, both of which take place throughout the world today. Animals are boiled alive, skinned alive, mocked for wanting to live, and we always turn the other cheek.
In this world, we make excuses for harsh realities, such as culture, religion, being a different species, but there is no reason to treat someone with love, and the other with hate.
Underneath, we are all the same color… pink, red, and white. We all have hearts, muscles, bones, and a special ability to love.
