I was gifted a San’s Bakery Vegan Banana Bread cake this summer. It was DELICIOUS! I had never heard of them before, but let me tell you, the bread was SO GOOD. SO good. It was sold at a coffee shop inside Penn Station. The Bakery doesn’t just make vegan goods, they make non-vegan treats as well, but they are also Gluten-Free (Certified)!

What I really like about them is that all of the ingredients are things you can pronounce, and buy in the grocery store. There are no horrible preservatives or flavors, they use all-natural ingredients.

Pricing: Very reasonable, considering the ingredients used.
If I had a bake sale, and I was making what they are making, I would honestly charge the same amount.
It is not your typical overpriced bakery just because it is in New York; just to give you an idea.
Give them a go next time you are in Penn Station, or in another location where they are sold.
