As someone who loves animals, it doesn’t make sense to drink the breast milk of another animal, especially by force throughout the industry.
Avoiding products like milk, cheese, and butter are important to lookout for because they can sneak up behind you in things you don’t even realize.
YooHoo used to be one of my favorite drinks and I honestly thought because it isn’t ‘milky’ that it would be vegan… turns out, it has ‘milk FAT’ in it! Ew!! 🤢

Smoothies – frozen fruits, Power of Garden Brand Protein powder
Peanut butter (nut butters)
Cacao powder
Oats (GF for clear skin)
Pancakes
French Toast
‘Just Egg’
Waffles (Van’s – my favorite)
Rice
Broccoli
Spinach
Nuts
Carrots
Cocomels (chocolate caramel bites)
Ice cream (SO Delicious, Wild Good, etc.)

Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

Potatoes/Regular and Sweet

Mac and ‘Cheese’

Realization:
So, as you can see, most, if not everyone has eaten all of the listed items their whole life. It’s just a matter of choosing the brand that is vegan for the products that aren’t completely natural – Example: Apples.
Don’t be fooled by the term “vegan” because I can guarentee you that at least 60% of your diet is already vegan, it’s just a matter of realizing it.
