About Craig
Craig, the Founder of the New York Bully Crew (Rescue) is a true inspiration and savior of many, and his devotion to selflessness is truly admirable.
I first met Craig when I was 10 years old. My mom and I stumbled into his dojo, as we didn’t know what it was. Little did we know, that this man would change our perspectives and life with his knowledge and pure love for animals. At that age, I didn’t know what “rescues” were, and I loved animals. Finding out the truth about what goes on in the world and how people treat animals completely changed my life. I was heartbroken but determined to change the life for animals.
To make a long story short, meeting Craig and seeing the rescue grow exponentially, and educating so many people worldwide, has been a real treat. He always emphasizes education, and to this day I also do the same. Education and awareness are what drive change, because without either, how would anything in this world get better?
So, thank you so much Craig for all that you do to save animals.
The NYBC has since expanded from his dojo and saved so many animals all over placing them in furever loving homes.
The animals thank you, I thank you, and so does the world. We need more people like you who are not afraid to stand up for what is right, and actually act on it.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported my proposed legislation. It was a time of learned patience, but it was finally passed in the Senate!
Petition for Increasing Penalties for Animal Abusers

Proposal: To increase penalties for animal abusers, starting in the state of New York.
I proposed this legislation amendment.
Description:
Innocent animals are abused every day, and nothing is being done about it. Arresting the criminals does not do justice for what the animals endure. If someone committed murder to a human, they would serve life in jail. But, when it comes to animals, there are exceptions. A fine, or a couple of years in prison, does not amount to the harm these animals go through. Those “punishments” are not justified for the abuse done.
Amendment: Increase animal abusers’ penalties.
Spend MORE than ONE year in prison/bailout of $2,000 (Class A Misdemeanor)
o Price should be constant, no matter the level of abuse
o If you abuse an animal, you can never own one again
o Time in jail to be determined by the cruelty done
- Example: Starvation – 10 years, Dog fighting – 25 years, etc.
This legislation was passed by the Senate, and although not all of my proposals were met, animal cruelty has gone from a Class A Misdemeanor to a Class E Felony!
In addition to prohibiting severe offenders from owning animals moving forward. This is determined by the judge.
